    2009 Centenial Quality Unit

For the second year in a row, Troop 28 earned the Centennial Quality Unit Award.  Earned for recruiting youth and adult leaders, membership retention, training, meeting advancement goals, and conducting a high quality outdoor program.

Boy Scout Troop 28 is located in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio.  Our sponsoring organization is VFW Post 4566.  We are an organization on the rise.  The troop now consists of 16 members.  We currently have four boys working on the rank of Eagle Scout.  2010 Should be a great year for Troop 28!

The troop is broke down into three patrols.  The Redskins patrol, The SEAL's patrol, and the Silver Snakes patrol. 

Some events we participate in include Summer Camp at Seven Ranges, Kelley's Island Trip, CV District Fall Camporee, the annual Halloween overnighter, parades, and much much more.

Our meetings will be held on Sunday evenings (bi-monthly) from 6pm - 8pm.  As always make sure you check out the calendar for updates.
